Amends Illinois Vehicle Code Section 11-907 to establish penalties for violating requirements to yield to stationary authorized emergency vehicles displaying flashing lights.

Violations without property damage or injury are petty offenses punishable by a fine of not more than $75.

Violations resulting in property damage are business offenses punishable by a fine of $100 to $10,000, with driving privileges suspended for 90 days to one year.

Violations resulting in injury to another person are Class A misdemeanors with driving privileges suspended for 180 days to 2 years.

Violations resulting in death are Class A misdemeanors with a mandatory 2-year driving privilege suspension, and do not preclude additional civil or criminal penalties.
