Repeals the Parental Notice of Abortion Act of 1995, eliminating requirements for minors to notify parents before obtaining abortions.

Removes references to the Parental Notice of Abortion Act from the Counties Code (public defender duties), Medical Practice Act of 1987 (physician discipline), and Consent by Minors to Medical Procedures Act.

Eliminates ground (40) in the Medical Practice Act that previously allowed discipline of physicians for willful failure to provide notice as required under the repealed parental notice law.

Removes provisions allowing State's Attorneys to report physicians to the Disciplinary Board for violations of parental notice requirements under the repealed Act.

Takes effect immediately upon becoming law.
