IL HB2613

Amends the Professional Service Corporation Act to add speech-language therapy to the list of "related professions" that can be combined in professional service corporations.

Allows persons licensed under the Illinois Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology Practice Act to form corporations with other complementary healthcare providers including acupuncturists, massage therapists, naprapaths, occupational therapists, and physical therapists.

Speech-language therapy joins an existing category (Category 4) of allied health professions that can practice together as a corporation, requiring at least 2 of the listed professions to form a valid related professional services corporation.

Takes effect upon becoming law.
