• Requires the Department of the Lottery to offer a special instant scratch-off game titled "The End of Alzheimer's Begins With Me" beginning January 1, 2020 or as soon thereafter as practical.

• Directs all net revenue from the special scratch-off game to be deposited into the Alzheimer's Awareness Fund, with net revenue defined as ticket sales minus prizes paid and administrative expenses solely related to the game.

• Includes gifts, grants, and awards from public or private entities for Alzheimer's purposes in the Alzheimer's Awareness Fund, along with any interest earned on fund moneys.

• Prohibits the Department from unreasonably diminishing marketing efforts for other instant scratch-off games while selling the Alzheimer's game.

• Authorizes the Department to adopt rules necessary to implement and administer the special scratch-off game; effective immediately upon enactment.
