Appropriates $7,147,000 to the Office of the Auditor General for ordinary and contingent expenses, including $5,951,000 for regular positions and funding for contractual services, telecommunications, equipment, and other operational costs.

Appropriates $27,784,864 from the Audit Expense Fund to the Auditor General for administrative and operations expenses, audits, studies, investigations, and actuarial services expenses.

Takes effect July 1, 2019.
