Amends Section 3-805 of the Illinois Vehicle Code regarding electric vehicle registration.

Eliminates the cap limiting electric vehicle registration fees to $18 per registration year.

Changes electric vehicle registration to use the same registration period and fee structure as non-electric motor vehicles under Section 3-806.

Removes the previous fee limit of $35 for a 2-year registration period for electric vehicles.
