• Amends the Workers' Compensation Act to reduce compensation periods for specific injuries (amputation of limbs, loss of fingers/toes, eye enucleation) by rolling back benefit levels to rates that existed before February 1, 2006.

• Restores the pre-2006 week-based compensation schedules for injuries such as thumb loss (70 weeks instead of 76), arm amputation (235 weeks instead of 253), leg amputation (200 weeks instead of 215), and eye loss (150 weeks instead of 162).

• Takes effect immediately upon passage.
