Eliminates expedited service fees for online electronic filing of annual reports and certificates of good standing across the General Not For Profit Corporation Act, Limited Liability Company Act, and Uniform Partnership Act (1997).

Removes language classifying electronic submissions as expedited services solely based on their electronic submission method, unless the filer explicitly requests expedited service.

Modifies fee structures for the Department of Business Services by removing specific references to "certificates of good standing" in expedited service definitions and replacing them with "computer abstracts" where applicable.

Applies these changes to three business entity types: nonprofit corporations, limited liability companies, and partnerships, creating consistency across Illinois business filing statutes.

Takes effect July 1, 2019.
