Extends the repeal date of the Orthotics, Prosthetics, and Pedorthics Practice Act from January 1, 2020 to January 1, 2030 under the Regulatory Sunset Act.

Requires all applicants and licensees to provide valid mailing and email addresses to the Department and notify it within 14 days of any changes.

Removes Board compensation provisions and replaces them with reimbursement for legitimate, necessary, and authorized expenses only.

Adds new Section 180 establishing confidentiality protections for Department investigation records, complaints, and examination information, with limited exceptions for law enforcement and regulatory agencies.

Makes technical corrections including grammar updates (e.g., "judgment" vs. "judgement," "that" vs. "which") and expands grounds for discipline to include various criminal convictions and failure to report abuse or neglect.
