Eliminates requirement for written collaborative agreements between advanced practice registered nurses and collaborating physicians, podiatric physicians, or dentists to include an employment relationship.

Modifies anesthesia service requirements for certified registered nurse anesthetists (CRNAs) by removing the requirement that collaborating physicians, dentists, or podiatric physicians remain physically present on premises, requiring only that they remain available for emergencies and discuss the anesthesia plan.

Expands anesthesia services to include dentists and podiatric physicians as authorized collaborators for CRNAs outside hospitals and ambulatory surgical treatment centers, consolidating previous separate provisions.

Applies full practice authority provisions to certified registered nurse anesthetists, allowing them to file attestation for clinical experience completion that must be attested by collaborating physicians, podiatrists, dentists, and the CRNA.

Takes effect immediately upon becoming law.
