• Amends the Illinois Public Aid Code to establish tiered home health visit reimbursement rates: $91 per visit (January 1, 2020 - December 31, 2020), $111 per visit (January 1, 2021 - December 31, 2021), and $131 per visit (January 1, 2022 and beyond).

• Sets certified nursing assistant component rates for home health agencies at $25 (2020), $30 (2021), and $35 (January 1, 2022 and beyond).

• Replaces previous rate of $72 per home health visit that was in effect from July 1, 2014 through December 31, 2019.

• Replaces previous certified nursing assistant component rate of $20 that was in effect from July 1, 2014 through December 31, 2019.

• Takes effect upon becoming law, subject to federal Title XIX approval.
