• Prohibits use of predictive data analytics that includes information correlating with race or zip code when determining creditworthiness or making hiring decisions under the Consumer Fraud and Deceptive Business Practices Act and Equal Pay Act of 2003.

• Defines predictive data analytics as use of automated machine learning algorithms to statistically analyze a person's behavior.

• Requires persons or entities using predictive data analytics to evaluate more than 50 consumers or job applicants who are Illinois residents to devise procedures within 90 days of enactment to prevent inadvertent consideration of race or zip code-correlated information.

• Classifies violations of the creditworthiness provision as unlawful practices under the Consumer Fraud and Deceptive Business Practices Act.
