Amends the Open Meetings Act to require at least 10 days' notice of changes to regular meeting dates, times, or locations in a newspaper of general circulation in the area where the public body functions.

Allows notice of meeting changes to be provided on the public body's website in addition to, or instead of, newspaper notice if no newspaper of general circulation exists in the area.

Requires public bodies with less than 500 residents and no newspaper to post notice of meeting changes in at least 3 prominent places within the governmental unit.

Mandates that notice of meeting changes be posted at the principal office of the public body or at the building where the meeting will be held.

Requires notice of meeting changes to be supplied to news media that have filed an annual request for such notice.
