• Applies to University of Illinois, Southern Illinois University, Chicago State University, Eastern Illinois University, Governors State University, Illinois State University, Northeastern Illinois University, Northern Illinois University, and Western Illinois University.

• Maintains existing 50% tuition waiver programs for children of employees of Illinois colleges and universities who have worked at least 7 years and are under age 25.
