Amends the Chicago Teacher Article of the Illinois Pension Code (40 ILCS 5/17-149) regarding service retirement pensioners who are re-employed on a temporary, non-annual, or hourly basis.

For school years July 1, 2019 through June 30, 2022, increases the work limit from 100 days to 120 days per school year before pension cancellation occurs.

For the same period (July 1, 2019 through June 30, 2022), increases the gross compensation limit from $30,000 to $36,000 per school year, or for retired principals with 5+ years of service, increases from 100 times the daily rate to 120 times the daily rate.

Returns to the original 100-day and $30,000 limits for school years beginning after June 30, 2022, or before July 1, 2019.

Becomes effective immediately upon becoming law.
