• Amends the Private Detective, Private Alarm, Private Security, Fingerprint Vendor, and Locksmith Act of 2004 to allow attorney's fees and costs awards in injunctive relief cases.

• Allows licensees, interested parties, or injured persons to recover reasonable attorney's fees and costs if they successfully obtain injunctive relief against unlicensed practitioners, whether through consent or court order.

• Applies to cases involving unlicensed practice as private detectives, security contractors, alarm contractors, fingerprint vendors, locksmiths, or their respective agencies.

• Takes effect immediately upon becoming law.
