Fund must post on its public website copies of all municipal resolutions adopted on or after January 1, 1995 to participate in the fund.

Fund must publish an annual report listing each participating municipality and the date it first became a participant.

Fund must post all documents related to each municipality's annual projected future contributions and information about past required contributions for each year of participation since January 1, 1995.

Municipalities with websites must post a link to the fund's information by January 1, 2021, and any municipalities establishing websites after that date must also include the link.

Act takes effect July 1, 2020, and exempts the state from reimbursing municipalities for costs of implementing these public posting requirements.
