Amends the Illinois Act on the Aging by adding Section 4.17 to require the Department on Aging, Department of Human Services, and Department of Healthcare and Family Services to identify all public and private programs in the state that serve senior citizens.

Requires the Department on Aging to compile and maintain a list of identified programs that includes program descriptions, eligibility requirements, and application instructions for each program.

Mandates the Department on Aging and the Departments of Human Services and Healthcare and Family Services post the program list on their websites in a relevant and conspicuous location.

Requires the Department on Aging to ensure printed copies of the program list are available for distribution to seniors at each local agency that contracts with a designated area agency on aging.

Requires the Secretary of State to ensure printed copies of the program list are available for distribution to seniors at each driver services facility operated by the Secretary of State.
