Amends the School Code to require school district report cards to include information about non-resident pupils attending schools through approved waivers under Section 10-20.12a.

School district report cards must disclose the total cost of allowing non-resident pupils to attend schools free of charge or at reduced tuition rates.

Report cards must show the number of non-resident pupils attending schools free or at reduced cost, and how many of these pupils are children of school district employees or staff members.

Applies only to school districts that have obtained an approved waiver from the tuition requirement for non-resident pupils.

Takes effect immediately upon becoming law.
