Requires school districts to post a board packet on their website at least 24 hours before each scheduled regular or special board meeting if the district maintains a website.

Requires school districts without a website to post the board packet in the administrative office at least 24 hours before each scheduled regular or special board meeting.

Defines "board packet" as a document providing detailed information on each item listed in a regular or special meeting's agenda as required under the Open Meetings Act.

Applies to both administrative districts and governing boards under the School Code.

Maintains existing requirements that public members and district employees be afforded reasonable time to comment and ask questions at public meetings.
