Amends the Energy Efficient Building Act (20 ILCS 3125/10) to include the 2015 International Energy Conservation Code Appendix RB Solar-Ready Provisions in the definition of "Code"

Appendix RB applies specifically to detached one-and-two-family dwellings and multiple single-family dwellings (townhouses)

Expands the Code definition to incorporate solar-ready building provisions for residential structures

Takes effect immediately upon becoming law
