Requires University of Illinois to make available information on all mental health and suicide prevention resources to students beginning in the 2020-2021 academic year and each year thereafter.

Requires Southern Illinois University to provide students with information on all mental health and suicide prevention resources available at the university starting in 2020-2021 and ongoing.

Mandates Chicago State University, Eastern Illinois University, Governors State University, Illinois State University, Northeastern Illinois University, Northern Illinois University, and Western Illinois University each provide students with mental health and suicide prevention resource information beginning in 2020-2021 and annually thereafter.

Requires all public community college districts to make available information on mental health and suicide prevention resources to students starting in 2020-2021 and continuing each year.
