Prohibits use of predictive data analytics that includes information correlating with race or zip code when determining creditworthiness or making hiring decisions.

Requires entities using predictive analytics to evaluate more than 50 Illinois consumers or job applicants per calendar year to establish procedures within 90 days to prevent inadvertent consideration of race or zip code-correlated data.

Defines "predictive data analytics" as automated machine learning algorithms used to statistically analyze a person's behavior in both credit and employment contexts.

Violations constitute unlawful practices under the Consumer Fraud and Deceptive Business Practices Act.

Amends the Equal Pay Act of 2003 and the Consumer Fraud and Deceptive Business Practices Act.
