Allows persons to drive a motor vehicle in Illinois if in possession of a digitized driver's license, in addition to traditional physical licenses.

Defines "digitized driver's license" as a data file available on a mobile device through an application that downloads the license information from the Secretary of State and displays the license's current status (valid, expired, canceled, suspended, disqualified, hardship, or interlock device).

Prohibits issuing a citation for driving without a physical license if the person presents a digitized driver's license to a law enforcement officer during a traffic stop or checkpoint in the state.

Specifies that displaying a digitized driver's license does not authorize law enforcement to search, view, or access other data or applications on the mobile device, and requires officers to promptly return the device after verifying identity and license status.

Limits the fee to install the digitized driver's license application to a maximum of $6, with the Secretary of State adopting necessary rules to implement the program.
