Amends the University of Illinois Hospital Act to require the University of Illinois Hospital to post notices in emergency rooms with information on how to enroll in health insurance through the Illinois health insurance marketplace per the federal Affordable Care Act.

Amends the Hospital Licensing Act to require all hospitals with emergency rooms to post conspicuous notices in emergency rooms with health insurance marketplace enrollment information in compliance with federal law.

Maintains existing hospital posting requirements including current license, complaint procedures and contact information, departmental orders from the past year, and materials available for public inspection.
