• Amends the Good Samaritan Food Donor Act to add immunity for persons or organizations distributing food from events or functions that was paid for by the person who intends to consume it for personal use.

• Extends immunity to persons or organizations preparing and serving uninspected wild game at specific events, provided conspicuous placards identify the food as uninspected wild game.

• Immunity does not apply if illness or disease results from willful, wanton, or reckless acts by the donor, or if the donor had actual or constructive knowledge the food was tainted, contaminated, or harmful.

• Immunity does not apply to canned goods with rusted, leaky, swollen, or otherwise defective containers that could not be sold to the general public; dented cans alone do not disqualify immunity.
