Replaces "committed person" terminology with "custodial detainee" throughout the Health Care Violence Prevention Act to reflect broader definitions of individuals in custody.

Requires health care workers to notify employer management within 3 days of contacting law enforcement or filing reports regarding workplace violence incidents.

Prohibits health care provider management from discouraging workers from reporting workplace violence to law enforcement and mandates posting notices that verbal aggression will not be tolerated and physical battery will be reported.

Establishes requirements for custodial agencies transporting detainees to medical facilities, including pre-notification of medical concerns, comprehensive medical records transfer, trained guard accompaniment, and restrictions on restraints for pregnant prisoners in labor.

Directs the Illinois Law Enforcement Training Standards Board to develop a curriculum for custodial escort and custody training for high-risk detainees covering handcuffing, mobile transportation, threat assessment, weapons retention, and outside facility considerations.
