Amends the Public Community College Act by adding Section 2-26 to establish a community college apprenticeship grant program.

Illinois Community College Board shall establish grants to expand credit and non-credit education and training for high-demand jobs through apprenticeship partnerships between community colleges and local businesses or industries, subject to appropriation.

Grant priorities must include expanding apprenticeships to new populations, developing apprenticeships in new non-traditional sectors, and promoting greater inclusion and diversity in apprenticeships.

Illinois Community College Board must adopt rules necessary to implement the apprenticeship grant program.

Act takes effect immediately upon becoming law.
