IL HB3651

Amends the State Records Act and Local Records Act to require public officers and agencies with government credit cards to post expense records on their websites.

Requires posting of each credit card expense within 60 days after the charge date.

Mandates that posted expenses remain publicly available on the website for at least one year after the initial posting date.

Applies to expenses charged on government credit cards issued for use by public officers or their employees.

Becomes effective immediately upon passage.
