Amends the Illinois Diseased Animals Act (510 ILCS 50/21) to add enforcement provisions for quarantine violations.

Authorizes the Department of Agriculture or its designee to seize and destroy animals subject to a quarantine if the quarantine is violated.

Allows the Department to impose fines up to $1,000 per animal in violation of the quarantine, or both seize/destroy and fine.

Maintains existing penalties for knowingly concealing disease, selling diseased animals, transporting contaminated animals, or violating quarantine regulations as petty offenses.

Takes effect immediately upon becoming law.
