Appropriates $6,098,900 from the Personal Property Tax Replacement Fund for the Property Tax Appeal Board's ordinary and contingent expenses for fiscal year beginning July 1, 2019.

Allocates $2,897,800 for personal services and $1,573,300 for state employees' retirement system contributions.

Provides $910,600 for group insurance, $221,700 for Social Security contributions, and $143,200 for electronic data processing.

Includes $200,000 for costs associated with the appeal process and reestablishment of a Cook County office.

Takes effect July 1, 2019.
