Appropriates $562,528,200 from the Education Assistance Fund to the Board of Trustees of the University of Illinois for operational expenses for fiscal year ending June 30, 2020.

Appropriates $40,380,600 from the General Revenue Fund for operating costs of the University of Illinois Hospital.

Appropriates $14,803,100 from the General Revenue Fund for the Prairie Research Institute in accordance with Public Act 95-0728.

Allocates funding from specialized state funds for specific university initiatives including the Illinois Fire Service Institute ($4,216,000), Hispanic Center for Excellence ($673,800), Dixon Springs Agricultural Center ($276,600), Public Policy Institute ($1,052,700), and College of Dentistry ($294,800).

Act takes effect July 1, 2019, with total appropriations of $627,548,000 (General Funds: $621,432,000; Other State Funds: $6,116,000).
