Appropriates $35,018,900 from the Education Assistance Fund to the Board of Trustees of Chicago State University for operational expenses for fiscal year ending June 30, 2020.

Appropriates $1,600,000 from the Chicago State University Education Improvement Fund to the Board of Trustees for any expenses incurred by the university.

Appropriates $307,000 from the General Professions Dedicated Fund to the Board of Trustees for costs associated with developing, supporting, or administering pharmacy practice education and training programs.

Total appropriation of $36,925,900 across all funding sources.

Effective date is July 1, 2019.
