Appropriates $29,066,700 in General Funds, $5,291,000 in Other State Funds, and $5,500,000 in Federal Funds to the Board of Higher Education and Illinois Mathematics and Science Academy for fiscal year ending June 30, 2020.

Allocates $2,424,100 from General Revenue Fund for Board of Higher Education operational expenses and additional funding for P-20 Longitudinal Education Data System ($381,800), My Credits Transfer System ($183,300), and various higher education programs.

Provides $1,466,300 for Grow Your Own Teachers Program, $1,456,500 for Diversifying Higher Education Faculty in Illinois Program, $1,433,600 for STEM diversity initiatives through Creating Pathways and Access For Student Success Foundation, and $1,055,700 for University Center of Lake County.

Appropriates funding for nursing education initiatives ($373,900 for competitive grants, $197,400 for nurse educator fellowships), Cooperative Work Study Programs ($980,500), and various STEM diversity programs ($95,900 for Illinois Mathematics and Science Academy Fusion Program).

Allocates $18,943,900 from Education Assistance Fund and $3,811,000 from IMSA Income Fund to Illinois Mathematics and Science Academy for personal services, contractual services, equipment, and operational expenses; effective July 1, 2019.
