Appropriates $1,731,000 from the General Revenue Fund to the Prisoner Review Board for fiscal year ending June 30, 2020, including personal services ($1,133,300), Social Security contributions ($86,700), contractual services ($204,800), travel ($74,500), and other operating expenses.

Appropriates an additional $1,136,500 from the General Revenue Fund for operating costs, court orders, consent decrees, and settlements.

Appropriates $347,000 from the Prisoner Review Board Vehicle and Equipment Fund for ordinary and contingent expenses, excluding personal services.

Total appropriation of $3,214,500 for the Prisoner Review Board's ordinary and contingent expenses.

Act takes effect July 1, 2019.
