Appropriates $13,464,600 total to the Department of Labor for fiscal year beginning July 1, 2019, consisting of $7,027,800 in General Funds, $1,436,800 in Other State Funds, and $5,000,000 in Federal Funds.

General Fund allocation includes $5,357,700 for personal services, $409,900 for Social Security contributions, $825,000 for electronic data processing, and $319,300 for contractual services.

Appropriates $338,400 from the Amusement Ride and Patron Safety Fund for administration of The Amusement Ride and Attraction Safety Act.

Appropriates $650,100 from the Child Labor and Day and Temporary Labor Services Enforcement Fund for enforcement of child labor and temporary labor services laws.

Appropriates $348,300 from the Employee Classification Fund, $100,000 from the Wage Theft Enforcement Fund, and $5,000,000 in federal funds for occupational safety and health administration programs.
