Appropriates $11,912,378 to the Illinois Power Agency from the Illinois Power Agency Operations Fund for ordinary and contingent expenses for fiscal year beginning July 1, 2019.

Appropriates $2,427,378 to the Illinois Power Agency from the Illinois Power Agency Trust Fund for deposit into the Operations Fund pursuant to Section 6z-75 of the State Finance Act.

Appropriates $50,000,000 from the Illinois Power Agency Renewable Energy Resources Fund for current and prior fiscal year renewable energy resource purchases and related expenses.

Funds refunds of bidder deposit fee overpayments, alternative compliance payments, and expenses for development and administration of the Illinois Solar for All Program.

Takes effect July 1, 2019.
