Appropriates $13,091,050 to the President of the Senate (37.436%) and Speaker of the House (62.564%) for member compensation and legislative duties under the General Assembly Compensation Act.

Appropriates $20,603,400 for ordinary and incidental expenses of Senate and House leadership, staff, and office operations, distributed among Senate President (25.7%), Senate Minority Leader (25.7%), House Speaker (24.8%), and House Minority Leader (23.8%).

Appropriates $9,882,100 for committee expenses, general staff, operations, per diem employees, and debate transcription and printing, with 43.018% to Senate President and 56.982% to House Speaker.

Appropriates $6,483,050 for standing committees' expert witnesses, technical services, consulting assistance, and research projects under the Legislative Commission Reorganization Act of 1984.

Appropriates additional funds for supplies ($309,200), Senate officers' allowances ($167,000), member travel ($88,100), General Assembly contingent expenses ($341,600), Senate Operations Commission ($113,700), and includes $4,000,000 total for legislative redistricting expenses and $365,000 for House audio system equipment replacement.
