Appropriates $1,541,100 from the General Revenue Fund for the Court of Claims' ordinary and contingent expenses for fiscal year 2020

Allocates $16,000,000 for Crime Victims Compensation Act claims: $10,000,000 from the Federal Grant Fund, $6,000,000 from the General Revenue Fund, and $450,000 for administrative expenses

Appropriates $5,000,000 from the General Revenue Fund for payment of line of duty awards

Provides $14,000,000 from the General Revenue Fund plus $2,775,000 from various other funds (Road Fund, DCFS Children's Services Fund, State Garage Fund, others) for claims other than crime victims

Effective date July 1, 2019
