Appropriates $35,469,700 from the General Revenue Fund to the Office of the Attorney General for operational expenses for fiscal year ending June 30, 2020.

Allocates $1,400,000 to the Illinois Equal Justice Foundation for use under the Illinois Equal Justice Act.

Provides $8,819,460 from the Violent Crime Victims Assistance Fund for personal services, employee benefits, crime victim services, automated victim notification system, and awards and grants under the Violent Crime Victims Assistance Act.

Appropriates funds from multiple specialized accounts including $15,200,000 from the Court Ordered and Voluntary Compliance Payment Projects Fund, $16,300,000 from the State Projects and Court Ordered Distribution Fund, $8,500,000 from the Whistleblower Reward and Protection Fund, and $3,000,000 from the Tobacco Fund.

Allocates additional funds for domestic violence legal services ($400,000), sex offender awareness and education ($300,000), federal grants ($1,000,000), and law enforcement activities ($1,000,000 from the Illinois Gaming Law Enforcement Fund).
