Creates a 15-member Veterans' Service-Related Ailments Task Force to review and make recommendations on service-related ailments not recognized by the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs

Task Force shall assess ways Illinois can improve disability compensation claim approval rates and address disparities between Illinois veterans' approval rates and those of veterans in other states

Membership includes the Director of Veterans' Affairs (or designee), 2 House members, 2 Senate members, 1 veteran, 1 medical professional, 4 veterans organization representatives, and 4 county/local veterans service officials

Task Force shall meet at least once every 2 months beginning on or before June 1, 2020, with members selecting a chairperson or co-chairpersons at the first meeting

Task Force shall submit findings and recommendations to the Governor and General Assembly by December 31, 2020, and the task force is dissolved and this section repealed on December 31, 2021
