Changes the message on DUI memorial markers from "Please Don't Drink and Drive" to "Don't Drive Under the Influence" effective July 1, 2020.

Allows DUI memorial markers to continue bearing the old message before July 1, 2020, with no requirement to remove or replace existing markers erected before that date.

Permits memorial markers to memorialize multiple victims from the same DUI-related crash and allows adding names if subsequent DUI deaths occur near an existing marker.

Requires markers to be maintained for at least 2 years from the date the last person was memorialized on the marker.

Allows the supporting jurisdiction to install or relocate markers due to space constraints, property owner complaints, traffic safety concerns, or other restrictions.
