Required warning must be in all capital letters and bold print, informing charities that registration must occur before any solicitation in Illinois

Warning must specify that failure to register prior to solicitation triggers a $200 late filing fee under the Act

Charitable organizations in Illinois must register with the Attorney General and pay a $15 fee before soliciting contributions, providing information including officer names, addresses, purposes, and professional fundraiser contracts

Takes effect immediately upon becoming law
