Increases the fee for a coroner's or medical examiner's permit to cremate a dead human body from $50.00 to $100.00

Creates a new $15.00 fee for certified copies of coroner's inquest transcripts requested for research or genealogy purposes, applicable to inquests occurring at least 20 years prior to the request

Requires genealogy/research transcripts to be stamped "FOR GENEALOGY OR RESEARCH PURPOSES ONLY"

Expands the coroner's discretionary fee waiver authority to cover all fees under this section (not just cremation permits) for indigent persons or under special circumstances
