Amends Illinois School Code to require school districts to provide written notification to parents or guardians of students with individualized education programs (IEPs) about potential eligibility for additional services and benefits.

Notifiable resources include the Prioritization of Urgency of Need for Services (PUNS) database, federal Supplemental Security Income (SSI), and special-needs trusts as defined in the Illinois Trust Code.

School districts must provide written notification within 30 days of implementing the student's initial IEP and annually thereafter.

Directs the State Board of Education to adopt rules implementing this notification requirement.

Becomes effective immediately upon enactment.
