Amends the Amusement Ride and Attraction Safety Act to add "trampoline court" as a defined amusement ride subject to state safety regulations.

Defines "trampoline court" as a commercial facility with one or more trampolines, a series of trampolines, trampoline foam pits, or a series of trampoline foam pits.

Excludes gymnastic training facilities that derive a majority of their revenue from supervised instruction in teaching gymnastic skills and basics from the definition of trampoline court.

Places trampoline courts under the jurisdiction of the Department of Labor and the Director of Labor for safety oversight and compliance.
