Disqualifies a person who intentionally and unjustifiably causes another's death from serving as a personal representative, executor, administrator, or determining the method of body disposal.

Establishes that intentional and unjustifiable killing is proven by either a conviction under the Wrongful Death Act or by clear and convincing evidence in a probate proceeding.

Allows a court to temporarily disqualify a surviving spouse or next of kin upon preponderance of evidence showing they caused the death, and authorizes appointment of a special administrator to investigate and prove such claims.

Applies retroactively to any death caused by intentional and unjustifiable means that remains subject to criminal prosecution under applicable statutes of limitations.
