Allows school buses to be equipped with arm extensions attached to the stop signal arm on the driver's side, with extensions not exceeding 36 inches past the outermost part of the stop sign.

Specifies arm extensions must not exceed 4 inches in width, be made of aluminum or polycarbonate material, and be illuminated in red on both sides.

Prohibits arm extensions from changing the structural integrity of the school bus.

Permits arm extensions on rear stop signal arms if equipped, but limits rear extensions to a maximum of 12 inches past the outermost part of the rear stop sign, while meeting all other specifications.
