Amends the Private Detective, Private Alarm, Private Security, Fingerprint Vendor, and Locksmith Act of 2004 to expand remedies available in injunction cases

Allows courts to award reasonable attorney's fees and costs to licensees, interested parties, or injured persons who successfully obtain injunctive relief against unlicensed practitioners

Attorney's fees may be awarded whether injunctive relief is obtained by consent agreement or through contested litigation

Applies to cases involving unlicensed practice by private detectives, security contractors, alarm contractors, fingerprint vendors, locksmiths, and their respective agencies

Takes effect immediately upon becoming law
