Amends Section 17-140 of the Illinois Pension Code concerning the Chicago Teachers' Pension Fund Board officers.

Provides that signatures of Board officers on checks or drafts remain valid even after the officer ceases to hold office.

Removes language that previously limited the validity of signatures to checks delivered before an officer left office.

Corrects capitalization of "Board" and removes references to gender-specific pronouns in the statute.
